1. The service

Everank is a native Mac application and website for tracking Google rankings, researching keywords, and running link-building outreach for your apps. The core tracker is free and runs on your own DataForSEO API key; the optional Outreach add-on is a paid subscription. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You need an account (email + password) to download and sign in to the app. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. One account is for one person or team using it in good faith — don't share, resell, or abuse it.

3. Billing

The Outreach add-on is billed annually through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime from your account; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and plan changes prorate on your final invoice. Prices may change, but never mid-term for a subscription you've already paid.

4. Your DataForSEO key & the data pool

Ranking data is fetched through your own DataForSEO account under their terms and pricing; your API credentials stay in your Mac's Keychain and are never sent to our servers. With Data Sharing on, keyword results you fetch join a shared community pool that all users can read; you can opt out in the app's Settings.

5. Acceptable use of Outreach

Outreach sends email from your mail server, under your name. You agree to use it lawfully — no spam, no deceptive senders, and compliance with anti-spam laws that apply to you (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR). Accounts using Outreach for abuse can be suspended.

6. No warranty & liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Ranking data comes from third parties and may be incomplete or delayed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
